Returns & Exchanges

At Deadly Ponies, we pride ourselves on exceptional craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are in their original, unused condition with all tags and dust bags included; place them securely in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
